Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing — by email or written message. The notice period starts from the date we receive your request.
One-Off Website Build
- Payment is required before work begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Cancel before any work has started and any payment made may be refunded, minus costs we've already incurred.
- Once work has started, you're charged for the work completed so far. If the site is finished, approved or delivered, no refund is due.
- Future edits, hosting, domain support, publishing, maintenance or ongoing work are quoted and charged separately.
Monthly Packages
- Based on a 12-month agreement, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The setup fee is your initial commitment fee — it covers onboarding, planning, account setup and initial project work, and is non-refundable once work starts.
- Monthly payments begin once your website goes live.
- Because the build, setup, hosting, maintenance and support are priced as one discounted 12-month package, cancelling early may make the remaining balance payable.
- To cancel, give 30 days' written notice by email or message.
- If you cancel before the 12 months are up, we may stop hosting/updates/support, invoice the outstanding balance, hold website transfer until payments are made, and charge for any extra work outside the package.
- You stay responsible for any third-party costs already agreed or paid — domains, ad budgets, booking systems, paid software, printing or external services.
Paid in Full Packages
- Offered at a discount in return for committing to the full 12-month period.
- Non-refundable once work has started — unless we're unable to provide the agreed service.
- Stop early and no refund is usually due for the unused part of the term.
Website Ownership & Transfer
- You own any content, images, logos and materials you provide to us.
- On monthly packages, ownership of the finished website transfers once the full 12-month agreement is paid.
- Cancel early with all balances cleared and we'll transfer the website where reasonably possible.
- Domain names you've paid for remain your property.
After the First 12 Months
- You can continue on a rolling monthly basis for hosting, maintenance, updates and marketing support.
- Either side can cancel the rolling service with 30 days' written notice.
- Once it ends, we're no longer responsible for hosting, maintenance, updates, support, reporting or account management unless a new agreement is made.
Missed or Failed Payments
- We may pause work, updates, hosting support, marketing or account management until your account is up to date.
- If payments stay unpaid, we may suspend services and request any outstanding balance due under the agreement.
This summary forms part of the client agreement and may be updated from time to time. Full cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Terms & Conditions
- All monthly packages are based on a 12-month agreement, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The first payment for Active Marketing and Bespoke Marketing acts as an initial commitment payment and secures the start of the project.
- The £99 setup fee acts as the initial setup and commitment fee.
- Monthly payments begin once the website goes live, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Domain names are paid for by the client.
- Paid advertising budgets are paid for by the client and are not included in our monthly management fees.
- Booking systems are available and priced separately.
- Additional website edits outside the agreed package allowance may be charged separately at an agreed hourly or fixed project rate.
- Any third-party costs, including domains, hosting upgrades, plugins, software subscriptions, advertising spend, booking platforms or premium integrations, will be discussed with the client before purchase and remain the client’s responsibility.
- Marketing, SEO and advertising services are designed to improve online presence and visibility, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, bookings or revenue.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, images, branding, login access and any content required to complete the work.
- The client confirms they have the right to use any logos, images, videos, written content or brand assets provided to us.
- We may pause work, hosting, maintenance or marketing support if monthly payments are late or unpaid.
- After the initial 12-month agreement, the client can continue on a rolling monthly retainer for ongoing hosting, maintenance and marketing support.
- After the 12-month agreement ends, either party may cancel the ongoing monthly retainer by giving 30 days’ written notice.
- If the client wishes to cancel before the end of the 12-month agreement, any outstanding agreed fees may still be payable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Website ownership, transfer rights and access will be confirmed in the client agreement. Any final transfer of website files, accounts or assets may be subject to all outstanding invoices being paid.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain providers, Meta, Google, booking systems, payment processors or other external services.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
These terms form part of the client agreement and may be updated from time to time. Full terms are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
